Frequently Asked Questions

  • If you are interested in signing up for a subscription after your trial lesson, please fill out the open enrollment form. We will then reach out to you with a contract for you to sign, after which you will be directed to purchase said subscription. These lessons can begin anytime after you make your first monthly payment.

  • Yes. You have a grace period of one month after starting lessons to decide if you would like to continue. Cancellation of services will require an upfront payment of the following month of subscription + 30% cancellation fee over the remainder value, with no extra lessons given after you inform us of your wish to withdraw.
    We may consider a refund of the remainder value of subscription in rare cases of emergency situations, or other special circumstances.

  • No. We offer a free 30-minute trial lesson if you want to meet us before you commit to a subscription. Each new student is only entitled to one free trial lesson before starting services.

  • Yes. The subscription you purchase will have a credited amount of lessons (24 or 48) that you can redeem with a code every time you schedule a lesson.

  • Lessons are held in our home studio located in north Fort Worth, Texas. After signing up for lessons you will be sent a confirmation email with further information, including our address.

  • Yes. Further instructions will follow in the confirmation email you will receive after you scheduled a lesson.

  • When purchasing a subscription, after your first payment, you will receive a confirmation email that will include a code to redeem the number of lessons your package includes. We recommend scheduling a consistent day and time for your lessons each week. You always have the option of rescheduling if needed.

  • You can either inform us via text message or email (and we will reschedule it for you on our calendars) or you can reschedule any lesson yourself by clicking the button Cancel/Reschedule in the confirmation/reminder email you will get every time you schedule.

  • Depending on the age of the student, we have different options of books and materials that you will need to purchase. You will also have a list of different options of instrument models and music shops where you can either purchase or rent your instruments.

  • We will open spots for a group lesson on Saturdays. Depending on how many students sign-up and their ages, we may divide the group in two different classes, for age appropriate curricula and to tailor different challenges to each group.

  • We divide our year (48 weeks) into a Fall and Spring semester (24 weeks each) with a 2-week break from Dec 21st to Jan 4th and a 2-week break from August 16th to August 31st. There will be a recital at the end of each semester.

  • Yes. There are two recitals during the school year, a Christmas and Spring recital.
